My deepest sympathy to each of you for your loss. Our heavenly Father is the Source of life. He gives life to all . By means of the resurrection he assures us that he will restore life to many who have fallen asleep in death.

Helen, Rhonda, Scott, and All Family and Friends, I am so very sorry. I so enjoyed being able to go to Church with Him and Fellowship times. My Parents thought the world of Helen and Larry both. We will ALL be together again soon, the Lord is soon coming to gather His Children. Love You All, God Be With You All, Lissa Cornish Brock

Dearest Helen, my longtime friend and loving wife of Larry, my dear cousin.Actually I consider both Helen and Larry to be cousins as I have known them since they met. In Larry's youth, he, my brother and I used to climb caves and do all sorts of things together, a dear dear cousin whom I have missed seeing for years as he's been in Florida and I in Maryland. The heart, however, knows no distance.
Trying my best to get to the service but it doesn't look as if I can make it, but will be with you in spirit whether there or here. LOVE and BLESSINGS!!!

How blessed are those who knew Larry Brown. He was so much more than a neighbor...sometimes he was a friend just to sit outside with and shoot the breeze; sometimes he was the first greeting before leaving for work for the day with a shout out on Wednesday to remind me it was "Hump Day" and the typical Friday with "TGIF!"; sometimes the father figure to share his perspective; sometimes a Historian sharing the history of Anderson County and the development of our neighborhood. But ALWAYS the example of an unwavering faith in God and a fine example of a good Christian man. Things I know from residing next to Helen and Larry for 16 years are: He loved Helen Brown like no other! He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild taking every opportunity to share stories about the latest and greatest. He appreciated his family and friends, He loved participating at the food bank and attending Bearcat football games. Larry was quick-witted and it was just a joy to be in his company. The message he shared on a regular basis was his love for the Lord. I have no doubt he is resting in peace and I still get my morning greeting from Larry Brown. I just look up. To the Brown family...thanks for sharing! Love and prayers to all!
