Oh man, Mattie was such a sweet soul and great friend!!! Many times just set laughing over nothing, or when we shouldn't. Mattie was one of my very most favorite memories of Frankfort, every Sunday he and his family came to Ocharleys! Great people and horrible loss... my dear friend I'll miss u so greatly

I have the fondest memories of Matt going on a vacation with my family and some of my daughters' friends years ago. He enjoyed himself so much. He loved going to the beach and jumping in the waves. He was always a very respectful and thoughtful young man. Even though I hadn't seen him in many years I thought about him, wondered what he was doing and how he was. My heart goes out to his family.
