Shirley B. (Phillips) Willard

Shirley B. Willard, 69, passed away October 25, 2025 at Owenton Manor Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Woodford County Kentucky on May 21, 1956 to the late Robert Morgan and Betty Jane Hawkins Phillips.  Shirley was a member of Glensboro Baptist Church and during her spare time she loved playing bingo and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Ritchey (Stephanie) of Frankfort, KY., and Daniel E. Willard of Lawrenceburg, KY. Daughter, Michelle Peffer (Terry Cosby) of Versailles, KY. Grandchildren, Madison Loman, Kayleigh and Jaidyn Peffer, Steven, Devon, and Samantha Ballinger. 10 Great-Grandchildren. A brother, James A. Phillips (Canary) of Lawrenceburg, KY. Several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Thomas Willard. Sisters, Reva Whitaker and Betty Jo Hyatt. A brother, Robert L. Phillips.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Glensboro Baptist Church. Bro. Glenn Corn will be officiating.
