Michelle Lee (Greene) Dickens

     Michelle Lee Greene Dickens was born on October 1, 1968, in Versailles, KY to Stanley and Cathy Greene.  She departed this life on Wednesday evening, October 9, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones at Norton Audubon, Louisville.         

          Michelle was a graduate of Anderson County High School and went on to get her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Digital Media Production, Magna cum laude on July 25, 2015, from Sanford-Brown College.  

          Michelle married Kirk Dickens whom she knew from the many summer that were spent as kids during summer breaks while in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 13, 2014.

          Michelle was preceded in death by her father Stanley.  She also leaves to cherish her loving memories to her mother Cathy Greene, her sister Gail Jones, and her daughters Amanda Howard (Jordan) and Shawna Gower.  She also leaves her grandchildren whom she devoted much love and attention, Alexzia Greene, Aiden Greene, Mason Greene, Baylah Howard, Ca’briah Wideman, Londyn Gower, Arybella Smither and Nova’lei Warmoth. 

          Michelle also leaves to mourn the following nieces and nephews that she loved so much.  Ashley Jones, Ceara Jones, Ceserae Jones, and Malia Jones.  Her time and devotion were also spent enjoying her great nieces and nephews, some of whom called her “Nanny” because her grandchildren did.  They are:  Ar’zjon, Kylen, and Kyleigh Jones, Jersi and Jaeden Herbert, and Nia Jones. She also leaves to mourn a special godson, Zadian Leichliter.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Noon and Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.

Burial will follow the service at Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
