Linda Hulett Stewart

Linda Hulett Stewart, 77, of Frankfort, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Ashland, Kentucky, on March 7, 1947, Linda was the cherished daughter of Hallie and Ervin Hulett and the beloved stepdaughter of Lonnie Salyers. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Johnny and Teddy Hulett. She is survived by her brothers, David and Mark Hulett.

Linda was the devoted wife of Joe Mac Stewart, with whom she shared 58 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and treasured family moments. A dedicated homemaker, Linda's true joy in life was caring for her family and creating a warm, welcoming home for all who entered. Her greatest pride was in raising her children: Mindy Jacobs (Mike), Becky Stewart (Carl), Joe Stewart (Melissa), and Laura Stewart (Shawn). She was also a loving grandmother to Jordon, Brandon, Madeline, Samuel, Jayden, Sophie, Johnathon and Thomas, and a proud great-grandmother to Arya.

A resident of Frankfort for over 50 years, Linda was well-known for her kind heart and unwavering faith. Her deep devotion to her family was evident in all that she did. Whether she was spending time with her loved ones on the back porch or sharing stories and laughter with friends, Linda’s warmth and generosity touched the lives of everyone around her.

Linda leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and faith that will continue to inspire those who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
