JoAnn (Willard) Adams

JoAnn Willard Adams, 85, of Frankfort, wife of 22 years to Jerry Adams, died Friday, December 23, 2022 at her daughter’s residence.

          She was born in Frankfort, KY to the late Raymond and Mattie Lee Taylor Willard. She was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, formerly worked for Webster Electric, and enjoyed traveling with her friends and crocheting in her free time.

          Along with her husband JoAnn is survived by her daughter, Sherry Lynn (Kevin) Walker, of Frankfort; grandchildren, Misty (Robert) Tackett and Timothy Walker; four great grandchildren, Morgan Wells, Carly Tackett, Brady Tackett and Hayden Walker, all of Lawrenceburg; 2 sisters, Sylvia (Donnie) Hatchett, Lawrenceburg and Vicki Lynn Russell, of Maryland; and brother, Ray Willard, of Lawrenceburg.

          JoAnn was preceded in death by her first husband, Eddie Devaughn Satterly; daughter, Terry Pogioli; brothers, Orville and Clarence B. Willard; and sister, Rita Mae Sutton.

          A visitation will be held on Wednesday December 28, 2022 at Gash Memorial Chapel from 1-3 p.m. Burial will follow at a later date in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
