Jeremy Lewis Smith, 32, of Winchester, died Monday, October 28, 2019 due to injuries sustained during a fire at his residence.
He was born in Frankfort, KY to Darlene Campbell Smith, of Lawrenceburg and the late Jackie Lee Smith, Sr. Jeremy was a 2006 graduate of Anderson County High School and worked at Soft Suds Car Wash.
Along with his mother he is survived by a brother, Jackie Lee (Ashley) Smith, Jr., Lawrenceburg; step-brother, Shane (Felicia) Smith, Frankfort; step-sister, Jennifer Smith, Lawrenceburg; uncles, Tommy (Andrea) Campbell, TN, Wesley (Teresa) Campbell, NJ and Mike (Ron) Smith, of Lexington; aunts, Kay (Don) Spies, Lawrenceburg and Susie Dempsey, Frankfort; and several nieces and nephews.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents, Harold and Virginia Campbell; and paternal grandparents. Ralph and Jane Smith.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2019 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Steve Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11-1 p.m. on Friday prior to the service.
