Curtis Wayne Berryman

Curtis Wayne Berryman, 47, husband of 21 years to Paula Ann Toll Berryman, of Lawrenceburg, died Thursday, April 15, 2021 at his residence.

          He was born in Fayette County to Catherine Byrd Olson, of Harrodsburg and the late David Berryman. He worked for Hubert Excavation for many years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, coaching both travel and recreational softball in his free time, and spending time with his grandchildren.  

          Along with his wife and mother he is survived by two daughters, Sarah Griffie and Katelyn Berryman, both of Lawrenceburg; sister, Robin Ellis, of Nicholasville; four grandchildren, Avarie Ashburn, Paisley Stratton, Jace Sobczak and Aubrey Horseman, all of Lawrenceburg.

          He was preceded in death by his father, father-in-law, Thomas Allen Toll and mother-in-law, Betty Lucille Hartley.

          Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Tony Andrade officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 5-8 p.m.

          Casket bearers will be Eddie Frith, Robert J. “BJ” Crane, Brandon Walton, Justin Walton, Blake Hubert, Jeremy Byrd, Jacob Byrd and Leslie Berryman. Honorary bearers will be Randy Kartner, Frank Kartner, John Byrd and Buddy Berryman.
