Bobby Gene Manley

Bobby Gene Manley, 54, passed away February 23, 2026 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. He was born January 31, 1972 to the late Bobby Sams and Thelma Jones Manley.

Survived by his spouse, Megan Kinslow of Frankfort, KY.; a daughter, Laura Manley of Frankfort, KY.; Siblings Mary Hockensmith of Frankfort, KY., and Willetta Manley Bartley of Shepherdsville, KY., and Scotty Sams.

Along with his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Gene Manley Jr. Siblings, Florene Surber and Richard Manley.

A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 PM. Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Emerge Ministries. Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 AM until time of service.
