Anna Mauney Cole, 84, passed away at her home in Lawrenceburg, KY on March 6, 2026.
She was born in Corbin, KY., on October 7, 1941 to the late Elbert and Nell Hicks Mauney.
Anna was a retired Elementary School Counselor in Louisville for over forty two years. She was a college graduate earning a master’s degree. Also, a graduate of Corbin High School.
Survived by her son, Jeffrey N. Cole of Lawrenceburg, KY. Three grandchildren.
Along with her parents, Anna was preceded in death by two of her siblings, Wilma Tucker and Eleanor McHargue.
Cremation was chosen under the direction of Noon & Son Funeral Home
