Wilma Lean Masters Willard, age 78, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Orville Thomas Willard, died Friday, March 30, 2018 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Willard was born in Anderson County to the late George B. and Esther King Masters. She was a member of Farmdale Baptist Church where she volunteered in the Clothes Closet; and a former hair dresser.
Wilma is survived by two daughters, Sherry J. (Johnny) Medley, Frankfort and Georgie A. Willard, Lawrenceburg; son, Stanley “Ray” Stewart, Lawrenceburg; five grandchildren, John Thomas (Stefanie) Medley, Frankfort, Sara Beth Medley, Louisville, Summer (Chuck) Grace, Robert Edward Medley, and Joanna Lynn (Kendra) Medley, all of Lawrenceburg; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; two sisters, Geneva Mae Riley and Wanda Sue Masters, both of Lawrenceburg; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Lawson Durr; and sister, Thelma Jean Woolums.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Steve Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation 12-2:30 p.m. prior to services.
Pall bearers will be James Hatfield, Anthony Woolums, Michael Woolums, Alan Peach, Cameron Woolums, and Dustin White. Honorary bearers will be her great-grandchildren.
