Robert Lee Toll, age 76, husband for four years to Margaret Elizabeth Spalding Toll, of Lawrenceburg, died Sunday, January 6, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Toll was born in Anderson County to the late Thomas Gilbert and Elizabeth Pauline Earlywine Toll. He attended Old Country Church; was a former insurance agent at Bankers Fidelity Life; and was a member and former employee of Wild Turkey Trace Golf Course. He loved sports, the Kentucky Wildcats, and golf.
Along with his wife he is survived by three sons, Bobby (Barbara) Toll and Allen Ray (Anita) Toll, both of Lawrenceburg, and Mickey (Chrissie) Toll, of Chesapeake, VA; five step-children, Robert Lee (Kim) Underwood, Cynthiana, Terry Wayne Underwood, Georgetown, Tammy (Patrick) McKinney, Panama City, FL, Tracy (Jonathan) Evans, Jeffersonville, KY, and Maggie McKnight, Lawrenceburg; five grandchildren, Lacy (Nate) Lawhon and Elaine Toll, both of Lexington, Kristian Baxter, Albany, Brooke (Jason) Jackson, Louisville, Bretta (Dalton) Hensley, Lawrenceburg; eight great-grandchildren, Taylor, Emma, Ameila, Paisley, Holden, Oliver, Tierian, and Bentley; brother, Benny (Vickie) Toll, Nicholasville, Mary Ann Wiley, Lawrenceburg, and Evelyn (Marvin) Smith, Salvisa.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Allen Toll.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Gash Memorial Chapel with son, Mickey Toll and Bro. Louie Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation 4-7 p.m. Tuesday.
Pall bearers will be Bobby Toll, Allen Toll, Robert Underwood, Terry Underwood, Patrick McKinney, and Jonathan Evans. Honorary bearers will be Mickey Toll, James Murray, and fellow employees of Wild Turkey Trace.
