Mark Velotus Isham, age 62, husband for 17 years to Margaret Jo “Peggy” Tinker Isham, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Isham was born in Louisville, KY to Virginia Lay Isham of Lawrenceburg, and the late Buford Velotus Isham. He was a 1974 graduate of Western High School; member of First Baptist Church; a retired dispatcher from Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife; and enjoyed doing taxidermy as a hobby.
Along with his wife and mother, Mark is survived by a son, Justin Tyler Isham; two daughters, Kelly Renee Isham and Leawna Lyne Isham, all of Lawrenceburg; step-daughter, Margie (Cory) Compton, Bowling Green; two sisters, Sandra (Carl) Peach, Lawrenceburg, and Lela Crossfield, of Harrodsburg.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 26, 2018 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Dr. Robert F. Ehr officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 p.m. Thursday.
