Glen Aldan Fisher

Glen Aldan Fisher, age 74, husband for 13 years to Janet K. Fisher, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at his residence.

         Mr. Fisher was born in Newark, OH to the late Truman Schall and Nellie Anna Hacker Fisher.  He was a member of St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church in Fort Loramie; former Director of Sales for Pax Steel Products in Coldwater, OH; more recently worked as a shipping and receiving manager for Tractor Supply for 8 years; and was an avid farmer. He attended Olivet College in Kankakee, IL, and was a former city councilman in Ohio.

         Glen is survived by his son, Aaron (Abby) Fisher, Westerville, OH;  daughters, Dawn (Kevin) Salisbury, Mt. Gilead, OH, Kari (Ray) McQuaide, Nelsonville, OH., Abigail (Nick) Attanasio, Grove City, OH, Ashley (Dustin) Bruggeman, Columbus, OH, Kristen Mitchell, Angela Smith, and Allison Mitchell, all of Lawrenceburg; grandchildren, Morgan Salisbury, Erica Salisbury, Sydnie Salisbury, Tristan Holly, Trace Holly, Kristopher Stewart, Nicholas Boggs, Chase Finnell, Amelia Fisher, Eloise Fisher, and Andrew Attanasio; great grandchildren, Maxwell Houghn, Bryson Stewart, and Macie DeZarn.

         He was preceded in death by his sister Gretchen Huvler, and granddaughter, MaKayla Brown. 

         Funeral services 1:00 P.M. Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. John David Lane officiating.  Burial will be in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday. 

         Casketbearers Kevin Salisbury, Ray McQuaide, Brady Core, Philip Azzinaro, Brent DeZarn, and Pat Casey.
