Glenn G. Alford, Jr. age 52. The beloved son of Glenn and Hella Alford, of Lawrenceburg, KY whom was born January 4, 1965 passed away this week from a suspected massive heart attack in his sleep. Glenn graduated from Western Hills High School in Frankfort in 1984.
Glenn’s primary occupation was commercial truck driving, but his passions were fishing and antiques. Most weekends you could find him fishing at the game farm or at his booth at Eagle Lake in Lawrenceburg.
Surviving family members include his daughter, Elizabeth Alford, of London; two sisters, Marina Alford (Jeff) Abshire, of Frankfort, Monica Alford (Bobby) Napier, of Lawrenceburg; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A private service will be held following his cremation on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Gash Memorial Chapel in Lawrenceburg, KY.
