Ms. Bertie, What a wonderful lady! She knew the power of sending cards and prayers to those who needed them so much. After my heart by-pass surgery she sent me not one card but several. Every two weeks I would receive a card from Ms. Bertie. I miss seeing Ms. Bertie at church but I know her presence is still felt there by many who love her.
Prayers to Ms. Bertie's family.

David and boys, I worked with Bertie years ago in the Personnel Department. My favorite memory is a trip to the Louisville Zoo when I carried Chris on my shoulders all around the zoo. We had a most marvelous day. She was one of the best ladies.

David, I know the pain youre going through right now, and Im sorry. She was a very sweet lady and I'm glad I had a chance to ask about her when I saw you at the golf course. It was so good to see and talk with you. Take care.
